Unfortunately, COVID-19 had brought some changes and enforced some priorities recently.

Apartments Monika is a complex of 10 individual apartments, each with its own entrance, where guests can enjoy their time both indoor, with beautiful ocean views, and outdoor in private backyards. Both the check-in and check-out process have been modified so that guests have no necessary contact with other personal, and the apartments offer complete privacy and no contact with any other quests currently residing.

Each apartment is equipped with its own A/C unit and is fully stocked on kitchen and bathroom appliances. The entire complex is covered with high-speed internet access through WI-FI, as well as a free parking area for guests which offers 24/7 video surveillance.

The geographic location of the apartments, considering Kriopigi is in the center of the peninsula,  offers easy access to all surrounding “blue flag” beaches up and down the coastline.

Apartments Monika are located in a peaceful neighborhood, only 800 meters from the local beach Kriopigi, and less than 200 meters from the lively city center filled with restaurants and bars. Additionally, most nightclubs on the peninsula are located in a joint complex only 2.5 kilometers away from the apartments, being easily reachable both by car or walk.

Conveniently, the Solun Airport is only 80 kilometers away from the apartment complex, and for those who do not have access to a car, there is a year-round bus line that travels from the airport to Thessaloniki and Kriopigi, as well as various shuttle and taxi services.
